ARTICLE I- NAME
1.     The name of the organization shall be: The Atlantic Chapter of ERAPPA: The Eastern Region of the Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers, hereinafter referred to as AAPPA.
2.     The organization is a non-profit organization.
