AAPPA 2026 Fall Conference

AAPPA is pleased to announce the return of its Fall Conference October 29–30, 2026 at the new Delta Halifax Hotel.

Leading up to the conference, AAPPA is hosting APPA’s Leadership Academy Level 2 (Halifax, October 26–29, 2026), an outstanding professional development opportunity for staff at your institution.

AAPPA is pleased to welcome Candace Carnahan as Keynote Speaker. A renowned workplace safety advocate and storyteller, Candace has spent more than two decades sharing her powerful message across Canada and around the world. After losing her leg in a preventable workplace incident at the age of 21, she turned personal tragedy into a lifelong mission — helping organizations see safety not as an obligation, but as an opportunity for leadership, culture, and care.

This year’s program is packed with value for every attendee: executive updates, keynote and round table discussions, and professional development sessions running across three concurrent tracks on Friday.
